Delivery Policy

We endeavour to deliver products in excellent condition and as per committed time. We deliver the products in pre-approved delivery locations (pin codes) using our empanelled Logistic Partners. Delivery charges, delivery time & payment mode is subjected to pin code. The delivery time mentioned anywhere on the mobile app / website are approximate and we cannot guarantee them but strive to deliver well within the delivery time. Users are required to peruse and understand the terms of this Delivery Policy. The terms contained in this Delivery Policy shall be accepted without modification and accordingly, you agree to be bound by the terms contained herein.

The following conditions are applicable

  • No free shipping unless otherwise stated during an offering on the mobile app / website.
  • Shipping charges as applicable shall either be there on the site or intimated to the customer if required at the time of placement of order.
  • Delivery Time: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM (IST) during business days i.e., Tuesday to Sunday only. In case of change in delivery timing or delivery day, the same would be updated on the mobile app / website or it could be reconfirmed through Customer Service Team.
  • We appreciate our Users buying during holidays, and we make all efforts to ship the goods during holidays, but we do not guarantee shipping or deliveries during public holidays.
  • Users are responsible for providing right Shipping details which should include proper name, delivery address with city, postal code, landmarks if any and also mobile numbers with an alternate numbers to ensure proper delivery.
  • The Company will make all efforts to deliver your ordered products within stipulated time, but in case of any loss / damage / shortage due to natural calamities, accidents, mistake by Logistics Partner may not be able to replace the products on the same day basis and will try to include in next day scheduled delivery.
  • We do not take responsibility for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the Sellers / Logistics Partners in delivering the products to the User, or if the User is not available at the time of delivery. However, in case of unavoidable delays / shortages, our Logistics Partner or Customer Service Team would try to intimate the Users as early as possible to avoid any further inconvenience. 
  • At the time of delivery, if you are not available to receive the products and/or make the payments, the Logistics Partner would get in touch with you to arrange for re-delivery or pick-up from preidentified location on a best efforts basis.
